Introduction
- National Taichung Girls' Senior High School, which was founded in 1919, is a prestigious school located in central Taiwan with a long history.
- There are 54 classes (including 3 Math & Science Gifted Class and 3 Language Gifted Class), more than 2200 students and about 170 faculty members.
- We aim at offering whole-man education, cultivating students to be passionate, responsible, creative and caring global citizens, and maintaining good performance on studies.

Resources of Teaching & Learning
- Teachers are young and passionate about teaching. More than 85 percent have master or doctoral degrees.
- Fully equipped science laboratories offer students enough opportunities to do experiments, hence producing a great number of scientific elites.
- A library with access to a numerous collection of books and multimedia resources. Digital resources are also added in recent years.
- Online learning platforms and professional video conferencing equipment for international educational exchange.
Academic Achievement
- Students are guided to participate in various local and international competitions annually, such as National Science Fair and Olympia Academic Competition.
- High percentages of graduates are admitted to prestigious universities in Taiwan. They also have outstanding performance in different professions.
Extracurricular Activities
- There are more than 50 student clubs which can be divided into six categories, including academic, art, service, recreation, physical training and craft.
- Out-of-school Activities: Static and dynamic performance in student club exhibitions, result presentations, various local and overseas exchange and demonstrations, public welfare activities, social service activities, club competitions and art exhibitions.
